Jacinta joined Airtec during a time of global uncertainty. With the travel industry heavily impacted during Covid, she stepped into a temporary Executive Assistant role, expecting it to be a short-term pivot. Instead, she quickly discovered a passion for the business and the industry. What began as a support role evolved organically as Jacinta took on increasing responsibility, learned every corner of the operation, and built strong relationships across the company.
Her transition into General Manager wasn’t defined by a single moment; it was built through consistency, trust and a willingness to say yes to new challenges. Under her leadership, Airtec has continued to grow, strengthen its operations, and expand its presence in the market. Jacinta brings a people-first leadership style, combining operational focus with genuine care for the team and the long-term future of the company.
