Flood Damaged Inflation Unit

We're Here For You

Here at Airtec, we pride ourselves on supporting our customers, especially through difficult times. The recent flooding across Australia has affected hundreds of communities, causing mass evacuation, loss of personal items and damage to family homes and businesses. Many residents and businesses are struggling after this event, not only financially but mentally as well. Our heart goes out to the communities as they now navigate loss and piece areas back together. Getting everything back to the way it was before is a daunting task and replacing broken equipment can be difficult.

Troubleshooting

If you find that your inflation unit is totally out of commission, give us a call and we can put you in touch with an electrician or service technician to come and assess the full extent of the damage. Some steps for identifying water damage to your unit include:

  • Does your unit power up?
  • If so, is there any error code?
  • If the error code ‘ERU’ displays your unit will need to be repaired
  • Does it run through a cycle correctly?
  • If your unit starts up and is displaying an error code other than ‘ERU’ take a look at our troubleshooting guide to find out what your error message means.
  • For the safety of yourself and others, ensure a damaged unit is switched off at the main power switch
  • Flood assistance for service stations - Airtec Corporation
